Did you know? Darker roast coffees are not always "stronger" in caffeine content. Dark roasts generally have a more robust "strong" flavor which is often mistaken for caffeine content.
Contrary to belief, the lighter roasts often have a higher the caffeine content. The longer the beans are roasted, the more caffeine is "cooked" out! This is all blend/species dependent of course, but its a good rule of thumb.
